Stretch/Acro class- also known as Splits'n'Flips- is a strength and conditioning class to compliment our dance classes.  Each student comes into the class with their own level of flexibility and core strength and we teach them ways to further their development.  Students aim to get into forward spits, side splits, standing splits, forward and backward rolls, walk-overs, hand-springs, aerials and all things in between.
